It is important to us to ensure that you choose the right product for your promotion that best suits your needs and in some instances a sample is a necessity.

As you can appreciate – we have to pay for samples from our manufacturers, and due to the expenses that are incurred with this i.e. sample cost + shipping to us + shipping to you – this can become a very expensive exercise if we are not reimbursed for the basic costs involved – should an order not proceed.

Our samples policy is that the cost of samples is oncharged to you at our cost + any postage and/or handling charges.  All samples are delivered undecorated or with an existing random sample print.  If an order results from the same sample item that you have requested – then the sample cost of this individual item  will be deducted from your subsequent order.

Please note that when you order samples from our website, a separate invoice will be issued for delivery of the samples prior to dispatch. Samples are not inclusive of custom branding.
